"The Simpsons: Tapped Out" Gets THoH Update To Ready You For Halloween
New update for The Simpsons: Tapped Out adds new Treehouse of Horror content, now in its second year.
New spooky characters and content are lined up for this year’s Treehouse of Horror in-game event including winks to previous Halloween specials such as Count Burns, the Ghost of Maude Flanders, the Gypsy Fortune Teller Shop and the skyscraper scaled by King Homer. New daily quests tied to this year’s Treehouse of Horror episode (with that excellent opening by Guillermo Del Toro) will also offer up items from that episode into the game.
The update also includes:
- New Ride: Twirl ‘n’ Hurl is a thrilling new ride now available for Krustyland. Collect enough GOO and have Kang and Kodos send your guests through the air on a ride that may remind them of what they had for lunch.
- New Decorations: If ghosts, ghouls and gremlins aren’t enough to get in the season’s mood, then enjoy a variety of terrifying decorations that will both set the stage for the holiday and raise your conformity rating.
- New Quests: Will the ghosts of spirits past find rest? Will the town endure the invasion of ghosts and gremlins? Will Booberella find work? Will players be able to collect enough GOO to win all of the prizes?
The Simpsons: Tapped Out is available on the App Store and Google Play, with the THoH update rolled out.
