Square Enix To Drop Wii U Director's Cut Exclusivity For Deus Ex: HR

They just might’ve heard us with their augmented ears. The director’s cut of Deus Ex: Human Revolution is losing its exclusivity on Wii U.
Square Enix has announced today that the game will be coming to Xbox 360, Ps3, Windows PC and Mac. The Director’s Cut reworked the balance between hacking-stealth and the boss fights that overwhelmed the players if they were playing with little hands-on action as possible. It also involved features that made use of the Wii U Gamepad, which will translate to Xbox SmartGlass and PS Vita when they launch on the respective consoles.
This isn’t the first game to stretch out to other consoles. Rayman Legends was also originally announced as a Wii U exclusive, before it was shoved back, delayed and coming for Xbox 360 and PS3. Gamers and developers alike weren’t all too pleased with the delay, but some welcomed the move across consoles. And surely there are some of us who’d want Bayonetta 2 on our non-Nintendo consoles? How about it, Nintendo?
