NVIDIA and ASUS are running a PUBG-themed promotion till July 2018

You could be getting more than just an upgrade when you shop with ASUS these next few weeks. From now till 31 July 2018, folks who purchase any ASUS GeForce GTX 10 Series GPU, system, or notebook stand to win a bevy of prizes from ASUS and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (via NVIDIA).

This tag-team promotion is available in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia – New Zealand. Each region will have a grand prize valued at S$3,500, comprising an aluminum, PUBG-themed crate stuffed with ASUS loot.

The GTX 1070 Ti does seem a tad awkward as a prize, especially if someone wins it for buying a gaming notebook. However, the strangest thing here is the lack of PUBG – this doesn’t include a copy of the headline-grabbing battle royale game. Odd when you consider how past NVIDIA promos often included a code for some high-budget title or other.

That said, the PG248Q monitor and Fusion 300 headset are great inclusions, while the standard-fare backpack has presumably taken a quality bump courtesy of NorthFace.

If you fall short of the big sweep, there’s still a chance of winning one of the 20 consolation prizes: a PUBG-branded hoodie and T-shirt.

Just be sure to get an authentic receipt from the retailer or dealer you purchase the eligible products from, dated anytime between 1 June and 31 July 2018. You’ll need to upload clear photos of said receipt and the product’s serial number on the box, as well as keying in the latter – submissions are all done on the respective giveaway page.

If you’re curious about the actual game, Steam’s current summer sale has PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds priced at S$23.44.
