This War of Mine Recouped Development Costs in Two Days

You may have heard of 11 bit studios’ This War of Mine, a 2D survival game that’s been making waves among the community. Currently sitting at number two on Steam’s Weekly Top Sellers list, sales have been strong enough for the studio to recover their development costs in just two days since its 14 November launch.

Talk about success! And seeing how only 11% of players reached the end, its every bit as challenging as you’d expect.

This War of Mine asks players to to guide a group of civilians surviving in a besieged city, scavenging for food and medicine while fending off those who seek the same.

In related news, Update 1.1. has just rolled out.
