The Sims 4 Get to Work Is Out Today

Bored Sims everywhere are crying out in joy for today marks the release of The Sims 4 Get to Work expansion. Exciting careers and entrepreneurial pursuits await!

Get to Work introduces three main career paths, each with their own fully-interactive workspaces. Doctors will be saving lives at a hospital, detectives investigating crimes and climbing ranks at the police station, and scientists basically doing whatever catches their fancy.

When not at work they can spend time improving new skills such as photography and baking. Or why not start a retail business instead, managing all of its operational aspects in the hopes of breaking even? Whatever your Sims’ aspirations, having more options is clearly a benefit.

Your wallet, however, might disagree; Get to Work is priced at SG$49.90 on Origin. Newcomers have it worse, as picking that and the pre-requisite base game, The Sims 4, will set them back a total of $119.80. It’s all a matter of perspective at this point – those who already spend hours in this quirky little life simulation may find this expansion a worthwhile purchase.
