Razer is bringing in a full set of Destiny 2 peripherals

Now that Bungie’s Destiny 2 is heading to PC (and Battle.net), Razer is stepping in to do what they’ve done best: licensed peripherals.
This September, the gaming lifestyle brand will release a complete range of Destiny 2-themed products. These include the Deathadder Elite gaming mouse, the Ornata Chroma mechanical membrane keyboard, the ManO’War Tournament Edition headset, and the Goliathus Speed mouse mat (links lead to their default versions).
“The team has come up with some cool ways to pair Destiny‘s art and designs with Razer’s high-performance hardware, providing players with new ways to customize their Destiny 2 experience,” said Jim McQuillan, Creative Director of Brand & Marketing at Bungie, in a news release.
Sadly, no concept images accompanied the announcement. For an idea of what these licensed collaborations look like, refer to Razer’s Overwatch line-up.
While Destiny 2 does release in early September for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Bungie hasn’t committed to a firm release date for PC. They’ll likely want to ensure that the launch goes as smoothly as possible, considering how much they’re emphasizing social play. Either way, we’re looking forward to this brand new chapter for the IP.
