Move to the big city in the latest Sims 4 expansion

In its sixteen-year history, The Sims franchise has largely taken place in quirky suburban neighbourhoods. Come 1 November, however, we’ll be packing our bags for the bustling city of San Myshuno in The Sims 4 City Living expansion pack.
Gone are the large multi-storey homes we all dream about. In its place is the humble apartment, where strict building codes mean all semblance of interior design is down to furniture selection. That actually doesn’t sound exciting but progress through the new careers far enough and those Sims can eventually afford a swanky top-floor penthouse.
These magical new fast-track careers are Politician, Critic, and “Social Media” – that last one does sound odd, although with all the city life that San Myshuno has to offer we’re sure the Sims will manage just fine.
What we do know so far is that there’ll be four new neighbourhoods, five street festivals, a Spice District, and a Karaoke Bar. New Sim activities include playing on video game consoles (of course), mural painting, basketball, and more.
More information will be released over on the official website in the coming weeks.
The Sims 4 City Living is now up for pre-order for S$49.90. Available for PC and Mac, the expansion pack requires an up-to-date version of The Sims 4.
