E3 2018: The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit will affect your game in Life is Strange 2

Arriving on 26 June, Dontnod Entertainment’s The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit is a free standalone game set in the Life is Strange universe.
Players step into the life of Chris, a 10-year-old boy dreaming of adventure. Using toys, costumes, and the power of imagination, this narrative adventure aims to explore how children cope with difficult situations. It’s a completely self-contained narrative, but developers Dontnod stated that Captain Spirit is a lead up to Life is Strange 2. You can piece some clues together for a sense of what that sequel’s story might be, and apparently you can even carry your choices from Captain Spirit over. There’s plenty of content to support repeat playthroughs, which is all very impressive considering the high production qualities and the non-existent price tag.
The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit will be “100% free” for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
