E3 2018: Battlefield V lets you tow fixed weapons, multiplayer trailer revealed
Electronic Arts kicked off their E3 presentation with DICE’s Battlefield V, the series’ eventual return to the World War II. The meat of the show revolved around a new gameplay trailer featuring a snow-covered landscape and plenty of explosions, though DICE General Manager Oskar Gabrielson and Senior Producer Lars Gustavsson promised more at tomorrow’s Xbox briefing.
We saw fixed weapons getting towed around via tanks, soldiers clambering through upper floor windows, and plenty of aerial bombing runs. They’re promising no loot boxes or premium packs (unsurprising given the massive backlash that was Star Wars Battlefront II) and a “royale” mode that they’ll detail later this year.
