Wargaming Releases Top 10 Video from Grand Finals 2015

Wargaming has been serious about building up eSports for its flagship MMO World of Tanks from the get-go and all that effort is certainly paying off.
The Wargaming.net League Grand Finals 2015 concluded recently in Warsaw, Poland, attracting a crowd of over 15,000 people. A further 2.6 million viewers tuned in from around the world to witness twelve teams competing for a shot at that US$150,000 grand prize. The excitement came to a head after the Russian HellRaisers defeated Chinese EL Gaming to claim the world champion title, just after beating former champions Na’Vi in the semi-finals.
Here’s a video compiling the Top 10 moments from those two days. It’s purely gameplay footage unfortunately – it would have been nice to see the teams and audience reacting too – though it does successfully portray both the skillful and silly aspects to World of Tanks.
Rearing to show off some of those skills too? Try the GO4WoT Asia Cup #7, an online tournament that begins on the afternoon of 17 May. There’s a weekly and monthly format with cash prizes to boot, so don’t miss out on this golden opportunity to show those scrubs how things are done – just try not to get ammo racked.
Alternatively, there’s the local Click-Storm Gathering LAN Tournament earlier in the morning which comes loaded with cash prizes and “a whole host of Armageddon gaming gear.”
