Dragon Ball FighterZ will be released in February 2018, CollectorZ Edition & Story Mode revealed

If you are hyped about the upcoming Dragon Ball FighterZ fighting game, then February 2018 can’t quite come soon enough for you. Bandai Namco has revealed that the game will be out next Spring along with a few other details.

First up, there’s the collector’s edition of the game, aptly called the CollectorZ Edition. The Dragon Ball FighterZ CollectorZ Edition will come included with three Art Boards, Steelbook case and what looks like an awesome 7-inch Goku statue colored in an exclusive ‘manga dimension’. The Day One batch of the CollectorZ Edition and Standard Edition of the game will also come with two unlocked characters in ‘SSGSS Goku’ and ‘SSGSS Vegeta’ and two exclusive lobby avatars.

Bandai Namco also gave a glimpse of the game’s story mode, new characters and Party Match in a new trailer. Check it out below:

Last but not least, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players can register for the closed beta starting today. PS4 players can register at the PlayStation Store and participants on Xbox One will be selected through the Xbox Insider Hub program. The 2-day beta is scheduled for 16 and 17 September, and allocation is on a first come first serve basis – so hurry.

Dragon Ball FighterZ will launch for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC (via Steam) in February 2018.
