Nintendo announces playable demos for the Nintendo 3DS coming to eShop

Nintendo has announced the release of playable demos for the Nintendo 3DS to be available when they hi the Nintendo eShop tomorrow… today. Darn these time zones.

With the next eShop content update, the free demo version of Capcom’s upcoming Resident Evil: Revelations will be available for download, while Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games will launch January 26.

Other upcoming demos will include Ubisoft’s Rayman Origins and Konami’s Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D. Game demos have been available in eShop Japan for a while now and have included titles like girlfriend simulator New Love Plus and Theatrhythm Final Fantasy. Although Kotaku notes that the Japanese demos can only be run 30 times.
