Secretlab goes luxury with Omega Elite

The folks at Secretlab have probably outdone themselves again. With their flagship Omega gaming chair that was launched late last year, Secretlab has proven that they are no one-hit wonders (with their V1 and the much-improved V2 gaming chairs).

So how do you top what many felt to be one of the best gaming chairs for your money?  Secretlab thought maybe, just maybe, adding a layer of luxury leather on it might be a good idea. So from today onwards, the new Omega Elite is available for order at

The Omega Elite comes with luxe leather, which is made from selected top-grain leather that is supposedly more supple to the touch, durable and long lasting. The porous ability of luxe leather allows for increased breathability, so that heat can be dispersed easily to keep you comfortable.

A new feature that also differentiates the Elite from the vanilla Omega are the upgraded XL casters, which are now larger, to enable a smoother gliding, increased sturdiness and durability. All other functions, otherwise, are similar to the original Omega.

If leather is really your thing, and you want that wow bling factor, the Omega Elite is available for $999. Or nearly the price of two V2 chairs. But nobody said premium quality and lush come cheap. However, the Omega Elite will be available for a promotional price of $799 from now till June. So don’t wait too long.
