Red Dead Redemption 2 Delayed to Spring 2018

Rockstar Games has announced that the sequel Red Dead Redemption 2 will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One next year.

Originally slated for a Fall 2017 release, RDR2 is now set to launch in Spring 2018. According to Rockstar, the game will be the first the studio’s first game created from the ground up for the latest generation of console hardware, and some extra time is necessary to ensure that they can deliver the best experience possible for fans.

We are very sorry for any disappointment this delay causes, but we are firm believers in delivering a game only when it is ready. We are really excited to bring you more details about the game this summer. In the meantime, please enjoy this selection of new screenshots from the world of Red Dead Redemption 2. – Rockstar Games

Rockstar also sent some new RDR2 screenshots in our mailbox, and we have to say…they look absolutely stunning!
