PlayStation VR launch and pricing details for Asia
Sony PlayStation Asia has revealed the launch date and pricing details for the PlayStation VR at the Ani-Com & Games convention in Hong Kong today. Without further ado, here’s how much you have to fork out depending on which SEA country you reside in.
The PlayStation VR will be available from 13th October onward, with pre-order starting in 30th July (this Saturday!).

The VR headset standalone bundle will be retailed at S$599 (in Singapore). The set requires you to a PS Camera for it to work though. So if you haven’t got one, you’ll have to settle for the PlayStation VR and Camera bundle that will cost S$649.
If you’re keen to pre-order one, and we’re told that stocks are expected to be very limited at launch, here are the participating outlets.

A free PlayStation VR Demo disc will also be available at both Sony Stores and PlayStation Authorised Dealers, as well as the PSN Store, to allow owners get their VR experience going from the first day of purchase.
