Introducing gaming’s latest princess, the 13-inch Razer Blade Stealth

Black Friday may be over but the colour is definitely sticking around. Razer has unveiled its new princess, the 13-inch Razer Blade Stealth ultraportable notebook. Although its side bezel is only 4.9mm-thin, her highness certainly isn’t the type to hide in castles.
Packing more punch than its predecessors, the laptop comes with a fortified aluminium unibody, with it’s sleek black colour anodized into the metal on a sub-molecular level for maximum durability. Measuring a mere 14.8mm x 304.6mm x 210mm with an approximate weight of 1.28kg, the Blade Stealth fully intends to uphold Razer’s trademark sturdiness and reliability, while not cutting corners on portability.
Sporting a Whisky Lake 8th gen Intel Core i7-8565U processor, this sleek, lithe quad-core monster is capable of Turbo Boosted speeds of up to 4.6GHz. It’s a vast increase from previous iterations of the Blade, pairing nicely with the NVIDIA GeForce MX-150 graphics card for flawless gameplay and graphics rendering. Black Ops 4 on max settings, anyone?
Ports-wise, this “pocket rocket” comes with the following: a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C), USB-C 3.1 Gen 2, two USB-A, and a 3.5mm audio combo port, which should suffice for the large majority of accessories.
To sum up, the Razer Blade Stealth has almost everything you could want out of a laptop: ultra-fast processing speeds, top-tier graphics, immense sturdiness and sheer portability. Toss in the fact that this princess has a 13-hour battery life and it’s obvious she doesn’t need a certain Italian plumber to come to her rescue. Metaphorically speaking, she’d probably bulldoze her own way out of the castle to begin with.
The Razer Blade Stealth is available on the Razer Store for S$2,159.90 and upwards. You can opt for either 1080p full HD (FHD) or 4K resolutions, with the latter naturally carrying a heavier price tag. Increased storage and RAM options are also available for selection.
