Diablo III will be coming to the Nintendo Switch this year!

Diablo III will be coming to the Nintendo Switch this year. Yes, you heard it here first. Well not exactly. If you are subscribed to Forbes, you might have seen the announcement for a brief moment before it was swiftly taken down.

This being the Internet, nothing is ever truly gone. Screenshots of the original Forbes article have since surfaced. According to the Forbes article, the Switch version of Diablo III will be called the “Eternal Collection”. It will come with the Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer expansions as well as all other additional content that has been added to the game thus far.

The Forbes article also states that the Switch version of Diablo III will also be getting some exclusive Nintendo themed in-game bonuses. Chiefly a Ganondorf cosmetic skin for your armor sets, transforming your Diablo III characters into the main antagonist from the Legend of Zelda. The most exciting thing about this announcement is that the Switch edition allows up to 4-players to play together on a single console.
